  • ¾ cup Almond Flour
  • 6 oz Pork Sausage
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • ½ cup Green Pepper
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 375 and place a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once the oil has melted add the sausage and green peppers.
  • Once the sausage is ready, transfer the sausage and peppers to a plate and let it cool down.
  • Combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, eggs and the seasonings into a bowl. Add the sausage mixture in the bowl and place 6 biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
