
Savory Breakfast Biscuits
Ingredients
- ¾ cup Almond Flour
- 6 oz Pork Sausage
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup Green Pepper
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 and place a pan on medium heat and add the coconut oil. Once the oil has melted add the sausage and green peppers.
- Once the sausage is ready, transfer the sausage and peppers to a plate and let it cool down.
- Combine the almond flour, cheddar cheese, eggs and the seasonings into a bowl. Add the sausage mixture in the bowl and place 6 biscuits on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes, enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
