Peanut Butter Smoothie
- 3 tbs Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 handful Ice
- Pour the almond milk into the blender to avoid the ingredients sticking at the bottom of the blender.
- Next,throw in the peanut butter, protein powder, chia seeds and ice.
- Turn the blender on, starting at a low speed and increase as needed.
- Once the liquid is even pour into a cup and enjoy immediately to conserve as many nutrients as possible.
