  • 3 tbs Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 handful Ice


  • Pour the almond milk into the blender to avoid the ingredients sticking at the bottom of the blender.
  • Next,throw in the peanut butter, protein powder, chia seeds and ice.
  • Turn the blender on, starting at a low speed and increase as needed.
  • Once the liquid is even pour into a cup and enjoy immediately to conserve as many nutrients as possible.
