
Keto Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- ¼ cup Cream Cheese
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- ⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener
Instructions
- Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwavefor 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
- In a large bowl, combine all of theingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
- Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconutoil.
- Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at atime depending on the size on your pan.
- Serve with Grass Fed Butter.
