  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Monk Fruit Sweetener


  • Place the cream cheese in a bowl and microwavefor 30 seconds to allow it to soften.
  • In a large bowl, combine all of theingredients and mix until the mixture is smooth.
  • Place a frying pan on medium heat with coconutoil.
  • Once the oil has melted make 2-3 pancakes at atime depending on the size on your pan.
  •  Serve with Grass Fed Butter.
