  • 6 Stalks Celery
  • 1/4 Cup Cream Cheese + 2 Tbs

Everything bagel Seasoning:

  • 1/2 tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Poppy Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Minced Onions
  • 1/4 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt


  • Combine all of the everything bagel seasoning ingredients together and mix well.
  • Wash and slice 2 stalks of celery per serving, add the cream cheese and then sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
