  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup 2% Milk
  • 3 oz Ham Steak
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper


  • Preheat the oven to 375F/190C.
  • Divide the cubed ham and cheese in 4 greased muffin cups.
  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
  • Add the salt and pepper into the eggs and then distribute evenly throughout the muffin cups.
  • Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
