Crustless Mini Quiche
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup 2% Milk
- 3 oz Ham Steak
- 1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Pinch Salt & Pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375F/190C.
- Divide the cubed ham and cheese in 4 greased muffin cups.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Add the salt and pepper into the eggs and then distribute evenly throughout the muffin cups.
- Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 20 minutes
