Breakfast Snack Plate
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 50 g Prosciutto
- 50 g Cheddar Cheese
- 6 Olives
- Placet he eggs in a pot and add cold water to cover them by 1 inch. Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Once the water is boiling set a timer for 8 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and add them to a plate with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy cold.
