  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ cup Hemp Seeds
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds


  • Combine all of the ingredients except for the blueberries in a small pot, stir together and bring to a boil.
  • Once boiling, turn down the heat to a low-medium. Allow the porridge to simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Once the mixture has thickened up,remove it from the heat.
  • Transfer the hemp seed porridge into a bowl and add the blueberries on top.
