  • 1 Zucchinis
  • 4 oz Chicken
  • 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Avocado Cream Sauce:
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
  • Once the oil is melted, add in the chicken and cook through.
  • Spiralize the zucchinis with a spiralizer or hand peeler.
  • Combine all of the Avocado Cream Sauce ingredients in a blender and blend away.
  • Once the chicken is done, combine everything in a bowl and mix well so that the Avocado Cream Sauce covers all of the zucchini noodles.
